Could you introduce yourself to Lewkiss?

Hi Lewkiss,

My name is Ilayda, and I am originally from Turkiye. I currently reside here and work as a content creator, where I create various types of digital content such as articles, videos, and social media posts. My background includes graduating from the game design department at Istanbul bilgi university. I find fulfillment in using my skills to produce engaging and informative content for a variety of audiences.

Where do you get your fashion inspiration?

When I reflect on the experiences that have inspired me the most throughout my life, two things immediately come to mind: games and animations

In addition to games and animations, I have recently found myself drawn to the unique style and flair of Korean street fashion. The way that young people in Korea combine traditional and modern elements to create bold, expressive looks is truly inspiring to me. Whether it's the use of bright colors, unique accessories, or unconventional silhouettes, there is always something new and exciting to discover in this fashion scene.

What is your preferred fashion style?

I find that I am drawn to two distinct aesthetics: hip hop and acubi. On the one hand, I love the bold, edgy look of hip hop fashion. From oversized graphic tees and baggy pants to chunky sneakers and statement jewelry, this style is all about making a statement and expressing individuality.

At the same time, however, there are moments when I crave a more feminine, refined look. This is where acubi style comes into play. Characterized by delicate, flowing fabrics, pastel colors, and intricate details like lace and embroidery, acubi fashion is all about celebrating the softer side of femininity.

What aspect of Lewkin do you find most appealing?

Lewkin offers a wide variety of clothing options that can be mixed and matched to create unique looks. It doesn’t serve to a specific community. This inclusivity and versatility are particularly appealing to me because it allows me to experiment with different styles and express myself in different ways.
