I had to return it to get a large instead so just be careful!!! (I am a size 4 in US sizes) it was particularly tight around the thigh area for me before exchanging. "Just be careful. The pants are very long. I do normally have to wear pants with a short length, but they go farther than the standard length. Also, I am 5'3 and normally wear size 0 and bought a size medium because I bought flare pants from yesstyle with the same measurements. But these ones were tighter. I'm not sure who is "lying" about their size. But be warned, I had to stretch mine out to fit comfortably."
