      "I love CLIO eyeliner. The black is very dark, and it is definitely waterproof, so I bought 10 for my family and me when there was a discount. The items that came were mostly faulty; I am using the 4th eyeliner; either they melt very easily or break when I'm drawing on my eye, or the rotator does not work - it's just a mess. This is definitely a waste of money. Be careful when buying from this website."
