Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the date you received your package. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the date you received your package will not be accepted.

  • The return shipping fee will need to be paid by the customer, and the customer will need to arrange shipping back to Korea.
  • If the initial order amount becomes less than $69, over $29 after eliminating the return items, the cost for the initial shipping fee of $4.99, will be excluded from the total refund amount.

    If the initial order amount becomes less than $29 after eliminating the return items, the cost for the initial shipping fee of $8.99, will be excluded from the total refund amount. 

    It will be applied since 2nd Nov,2022 12:00 AM Eastern time, the orders made before this will be applied the policy as before. (If the initial order amount becomes less that $49 after eliminating the return items, the cost for the initial shipping fee of $21, will be excluded from the total refund amount.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can apply for a refund at https://lewkin.returnscenter.com/ while using your order number or email address. 

In case of your package/ an item being damaged, missed or you received an incorrect item, please provide a picture while applying for a refund. If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and procedure will be provided.

Our refund center is the only way to return an item. Items sent back to us without first applying through our return center will not be accepted for a return.

Damages and issues

In case of your package an item being damaged, missed or you received an incorrect item, please register it while providing a photo through https://lewkin.returnscenter.com/ and the CS representative will contact you immediately to process your application.

If the return is approved, we will provide the return address together with the details.

If we confirm it to be the fault of Lewkin or the courier, we will try to manage the process without any additional costs.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

You can apply for an exchange at https://lewkin.returnscenter.com/ while using your order number or email address. 

If you tell us the size or color you want to exchange, the CS representative will check whether it is in stock and confirm it. After that we will let you know the details regarding exchange address, procedure, and exchange shipping cost.

Another way to exchange is to return the product you have and then purchase a new product separately.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
