Return Policy
1. Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.
EU customers: In addition to our 30-day return policy, you are entitled to a statutory 14-day Right of Withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Please refer to the Right of Withdrawal section below for details.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. If the original packaging includes the product name and barcode, this may help expedite the return process.
3. Return Shipping
- United States (US): A UPS return shipping label is available. A fee of $8.99 will be deducted from the refund amount. The label will be sent via email, and you can drop off your package at any UPS facility or post office.
- Canada (CA): To help reduce return shipping costs, we provide a US-based return address. Return shipping labels are not provided, and customers must arrange their own shipment.
- All other regions (including EU): Returns must be shipped to the Lewkin Return Center in Korea. The return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
4. Refund Adjustments
- If the total order amount falls below $69 after the return, the original shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from the refund.
- If you use the UPS return label, the $8.99 label fee will also be deducted from the refund.
For customers outside the US, refund adjustments may vary based on the shipping policy for your region. EU customers exercising their Right of Withdrawal for the entire order are entitled to a full refund of standard delivery costs — see the Right of Withdrawal section below.
5. How to Request a Return
Visit our Return Center and enter your order number and email address to start the return process. Once your return is approved, return labels and return addresses specific to your region will be provided.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (Right of Withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
How to exercise your right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may do so via our Return Center or by email at [email protected].
Return shipping costs: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our return center in Korea.
Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., personal care products)
- Clearance Sale items
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your package or item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please register it by providing a photo and explanation through our Return Center within 24 hours of receiving your package. A CS representative will contact you immediately to process your application. If the return is approved, the return address and procedure will be provided.
Items sent back without first applying through our Return Center will not be accepted. For further questions, contact us at [email protected].
Exchange/Replace
We do not offer exchanges at this time. You can place a new order and initiate a return for the original item. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned package.
Document Requests from Shipping Carriers
For international shipping, different countries have their own customs clearance requirements. Please provide DHL with any requested documents promptly. Failure to do so may result in your package being discarded, and refunds will not be issued in such cases. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from customer negligence.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Products from Clearance Sale
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
EU customers: If you are exercising your statutory Right of Withdrawal, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Please refer to the Right of Withdrawal section above for full details.
