Actually, if you're on the shorter side, these Bootcut Leg Warmers can be worn like thigh highs. They can also be worn like knee highs without it bunching up too much at the bottom (I was wearing chunky black sneakers though) They don't fall down for me, and the tops are a little more comfier than the Chic Flared Leg Warmers because it had more stretch.
