Return Policy
1. Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. The original packaging should remain intact. If the external packaging includes the product name and barcode, this may expedite the return process.
3. Return Shipping and Labels
- For Customers in the United States (US): Customers in the US can receive a UPS return shipping label. A fee of $8.99 will be deducted from the refund amount. The label will be sent via email, and you can drop off your package at a UPS facility or post office.
- For Customers in Canada (CA): To reduce return shipping costs, we provide a US-based return address. However, we do not provide a return shipping label, and customers must arrange the return shipment independently.
- For Customers in Other Regions: Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping to the return center at their own expense.
4. Refund Adjustments (US)
Refund adjustments for returns are as follows:
- If the total order amount falls below $60 after the return, the original shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from the refund.
- If you use the UPS return label, the $8.99 label fee will also be deducted.
For other countries, the refund adjustments may vary based on the shipping policy for your region.
5. How to Request a Return
Visit our Return Center to request a return. Simply enter your order number and email address to start the return process. Once your return is approved, return labels and return addresses specific to your region will be provided.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect packages
Please provide a photo and explanation within 24 hours of receiving the package through the Return Center. If approved, the return address and procedure will be provided.
Returns sent back without first applying through our Return Center will not be accepted. For further questions, contact us at lewkin@lewkin.com.
Exchange/Replace
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers can place a new order and initiate a return. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned package.
Document Requests from Shipping Carriers
For international shipping, different countries require customs clearance documents. Please provide DHL with any requested documents promptly to avoid delays or package disposal. Failure to comply may result in non-refundable failed deliveries.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
Clearance Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards. For specific concerns, please contact us directly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Refunds will be processed according to your selected method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
